Well it hasn't totally gone away...if you have it, you know that anything can trigger inflammation...stress, allergies, changes in weather, changes in environment...but this shampoo has helped TREMENDOUSLY! My scalp is cleansed and soothed, and I haven't had the dryness that I had just a week ago. You should try it!
