I only use cleansing gels/soap that does not have SLS. I use organic cleansers for my body. I enjoy using Aubrey's Organics and Avalon Organic Botanicals shower gel and Hand & Body lotion. In addition, I use vitamin E and organic unrefined coconut oil on my body. Because the skin is the largest functioning organ of our body, it is important to use ingredients that are all natural. Our skin absorbs chemicals, etc which enter into our body. I will post a vid on my skin care regimen in December.
